Ignis Services Ltd provides electrical resistance heating for weld preheating, post weld heat treatment (PWHT) and hydrogen bake-outs across the UK and overseas.
We supply heating elements, insulation, temperature controls and recording equipment for pipework, vessels and fabricated components. Our technicians carry out heating to your approved procedure, with equipment hire also available for clients managing their own work.
Heating Setups to Suit Your Components
We arrange heating elements and insulation around the weld or component, with thermocouples positioned to monitor and control temperatures in accordance with your approved procedure.
