Gas-Fired Heat Treatment Services

Ignis Services Ltd provides gas-fired heat treatment for large vessels and fabricated components across the UK and overseas, including temporary furnace arrangements for projects where treatment is required on site.

We supply heating equipment, experienced technicians, temperature monitoring and recording, with heating cycles carried out in accordance with your approved procedure and project specification.

Temporary Furnaces & Large Component Heating

We plan gas-fired heating arrangements around your component dimensions, treatment requirements and available site space. Temporary furnaces allow suitable large fabrications to be treated at the fabrication or project location.

Our service includes:

  • Planning the furnace and insulation arrangement
  • Installation of burners, heating controls and thermocouples
  • Controlled heating, soak periods and cooling
  • Temperature monitoring and recording throughout treatment
  • Heat treatment charts and reports for your quality records

We coordinate access, fuel requirements and the treatment schedule with your team before mobilisation.
