Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT)
On-site and in-house PWHT for pipework, vessels and fabricated components. We provide experienced technicians, controlled heating, temperature monitoring and heat treatment records to meet your approved procedure and project requirements
Weld Preheating
Controlled weld preheating and interpass temperature maintenance using resistance or induction heating. We supply technicians and equipment to suit your welding procedure, with equipment hire also available.
Induction Heating
Controlled induction heating for weld preheating and maintaining interpass temperatures on pipework and fabricated components. We offer equipment hire or technician-operated heating to suit your project requirements.
Gas-Fired Heat Treatment
Gas-fired heat treatment for large vessels and fabricated components, including temporary furnace arrangements. We provide controlled heating, temperature monitoring and recording to suit your approved heat treatment procedure and project requirements.
Refractory Dry-Outs
Controlled drying and heating of newly installed or repaired refractory linings in furnaces, boilers and other industrial equipment. We provide heating equipment, technicians, temperature monitoring and records, following the refractory supplier’s specified dry-out schedule.
Stabilisation Heat Treatment
Stabilisation heat treatment for specified stainless steel grades and fabricated components. We provide controlled heating, temperature monitoring and recording in accordance with your approved procedure and material specification.

Resistance Heating
