Ignis Services Ltd provides on-site and in-house PWHT for pipework, pressure vessels and fabricated components throughout the UK and overseas.
Our technicians manage controlled heating, soaking and cooling in accordance with your approved heat treatment procedure. We supply the heating equipment, temperature monitoring and treatment records required for your project.
PWHT for Pipework, Vessels & Fabrications
We carry out localised heat treatment of welded joints and larger component treatments using heating arrangements suited to the material, dimensions and approved procedure.
Our service includes:
• Heating equipment, insulation and thermocouple installation
• Controlled heating, soak periods and cooling
• Temperature monitoring and recording throughout the cycle
• Heat treatment charts and reports for your quality records
We support workshop fabrication, site construction, repairs and planned shutdowns.
