Using Miller ProHeat 35 equipment, we provide controlled heating to suit your approved welding procedure. Choose equipment hire for your own team or technician-operated heating to support your project.
Induction Heating Support for Your Project
We plan the heating setup around your component, required temperatures and welding programme, with support for workshop fabrication, site work and shutdowns.
Our service includes:
- Setup of induction equipment, heating cables and insulation
- Thermocouple installation and temperature monitoring
- Preheating and interpass temperature maintenance to your welding procedure
- Temperature recording where required
- Technician coverage to suit agreed working hours and shift patterns
